400G QSFP-DD AOC是一種用于短程多通道數(shù)據(jù)通信和互連應(yīng)用的高性能模塊。它集成了8個數(shù)據(jù)通道，每個通道可使用OM3光纖以50Gbps的速率運行，最高可達100m。

● 8通道全雙工收發(fā)器模塊
● 每個通道的傳輸數(shù)據(jù)速率高達50Gbps
● 8x50Gbps PAM4發(fā)送器和PAM4接收器
● 8通道850nm VCSEL陣列和8通道PIN光電探測器陣列
● 接收器和發(fā)送器通道上的內(nèi)部CDR電路
● 熱插拔QSFP DD外形尺寸，符合CMIS標準
● OM3多模光纖(MMF)上的最大鏈路長度為70米，帶有FEC的OM4 MMF上的最大鏈路長度為100米
● 工作溫度0°C~ 70°C
● 3.3V電源電壓
● 符合RoHS標準
