北億纖通的400G QSFP-DD 2×FR4光收發(fā)模塊用于數(shù)據(jù)中心的中等距離互連，符合IEEE 802.3cn 400GBASE-2xFR4以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議。該模塊可將8路50Gbps PAM4電信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換為8路50Gbps PAM4光信號(hào)（2xFR4），也可將8路50Gbps PAM4光信號(hào)（2xFR4）轉(zhuǎn)換為8路50Gbps PAM4電信號(hào)，最高支持2km鏈路傳輸。
