北億纖通的400G QSFP-DD SR8是一款可熱插拔的光收發(fā)模塊，設(shè)計應(yīng)用于數(shù)據(jù)中心400G SR8以太網(wǎng)鏈路，采用50G PAM4和VCSEL技術(shù)，在系統(tǒng)開啟FEC的前提下，可以通過8對多模光纖實現(xiàn)100m以內(nèi)的425Gbps數(shù)據(jù)互連。

● 采用QSFP-DD可熱插拔封裝的8通道全雙工收發(fā)一體模塊
● 8通道850nm VCSEL和PIN
● 接收通道和發(fā)射通道內(nèi)置DSP芯片
● 每通道傳輸速率最高可達53.125Gbps（50G PAM4）
● 符合QSFP-DD MSA和IEEE 802.3cm 400GBASE-SR8以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議
● 兼容IEEE 802.3cd 200GBASE-SR4/100GBASE-SR2/50GBASE-SR以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議
● 使用8對并行的多模光纖傳輸，距離最高可達70m（OM3 MMF）或100m（OM4 MMF）
● 功耗小于8.5W
● MPO24/PC或MPO16/APC光口
● 商業(yè)級的工作溫度范圍
