此系列的產(chǎn)品為紫外LED和深紫外LED發(fā)光管（UV,DEEPUV），波長包括240nm,245nm, 250nm,255nm,260nm, 265nm, 270nm, 275nm, 280nm, 285nm, 290nm, 300nm, 305nm, 310nm, 315nm, 320nm, 325nm,330nm, 335nm, 340nm,345nm, 350nm,355nm.封裝窗口可以做成平面窗口，半球形窗口，球形窗口等。

所有波長LED均有配套的電源，可直接使用。

其中355nm波長的LED指標(biāo)簡要列出如下所示：
