此系列的產(chǎn)品為高功率紫外LED光源和高功率深紫外LED發(fā)光管（UV,DEEPUV），功率分為1～3mW系列UV LED，3～5mW系列UV LED, 10~15mW系列UV LED.包含UVA, UVB, UVC。三個波段波長包括240nm,245nm, 250nm,255nm,260nm, 265nm, 270nm, 275nm, 280nm, 285nm, 290nm, 300nm, 305nm, 310nm, 315nm, 320nm, 325nm,330nm, 335nm, 340nm,345nm, 350nm,355nm.封裝窗口可以做成平面窗口，半球形窗口，球形窗口等。

其中355nm波長的LED指標簡要列出如下所示：

Peak wavelength measurement tolerance is ± 3 nm
Optical power output measurement tolerance is ± 10%
