太赫茲延遲線
在典型的太赫茲(THz)時(shí)域光譜系統(tǒng)中,光學(xué)延遲線(ODL)裝置可提供高頻率和高精度的光學(xué)延遲來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度的太赫茲脈沖重建。相對(duì)于一般光學(xué)延遲線而言,高速掃描、高精度延遲和良好的線性度是對(duì)太赫茲延遲線特有的要求。太赫茲光纖延遲線采用高速運(yùn)動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)且集成高分辨率光柵尺,以實(shí)現(xiàn)上述應(yīng)用需求。其掃描頻率可達(dá)3Hz,光延遲量可達(dá)100 ps,延遲分辨率可達(dá)0.666 fs??刂齐娐份敵鯰TL時(shí)序
