鎧裝光纖跳線是一種新型的光纖跳線，可直接鋪設(shè)在機(jī)房及各種惡劣環(huán)境中，無(wú)需使用保護(hù)套管，可以降低施工成本，同時(shí)也大大提升了網(wǎng)路維護(hù)的方便性。鎧裝光纖跳線與傳統(tǒng)光纖跳線的最大區(qū)別在于它針對(duì)光纖易折斷、易被損壞的缺點(diǎn)，特別設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)一種細(xì)小的可撓性不銹鋼套管來(lái)保護(hù)光纖，再在套管外加上阻燃PVC或者LSZH被覆，以達(dá)到防火防潮防鼠咬等功能。

產(chǎn)品分類 Classification:
鎧裝光纖跳線由鎧裝光纜和光纖接頭兩部分組成。所以區(qū)分鎧裝光纖跳線，從鎧裝光纜的類型和光纖接頭類型來(lái)進(jìn)行命名和區(qū)分。
Armored patch cord is assemblied by armored cable and fiber connectors.So we classified by armored cable types and connector types.
常用鎧裝光纜類型 Armored cable types：
按照光纜的結(jié)構(gòu)，分為單鎧和雙鎧兩種結(jié)構(gòu)。

室內(nèi)鎧裝光纜結(jié)構(gòu)示意圖 Construction of indoor armored cable：

①緊包光纖 Tight buffer  ②不銹鋼軟管（起抗壓、抗彎曲、防鼠咬的作用）Stainless tube (crush/bend/rodent resistance)
③芳綸（起抗拉作用）Kevlar (tension)  ④不銹鋼編織絲（起抗扭的作用）Stainless braid (preventing twisting)

⑤外護(hù)套（PVC、LSZH、TPU、特氟龍、硅膠管等）Outer jacket(PVC,LSZH,TPU,Teflon,silicone tube.etc)

單鎧指不含不銹鋼編織網(wǎng)只有螺旋鎧管的光纜，雙鎧指包含了不銹鋼編織網(wǎng)和螺旋鎧管的光纜。

按照光纖芯數(shù)，分為單管單芯，單管多芯，多管多芯（常用為雙管雙芯）。
