光纖光柵是利用摻雜光纖的光致折射率變化特性,用特殊工藝使得光纖纖芯的折射率發(fā)生永久性周期變化而形成的一種反射型光纖無(wú)源器件。當(dāng)寬帶光波通過(guò)光纖光柵時(shí),對(duì)滿足Bragg條件的入射光產(chǎn)生強(qiáng)烈的反射,并沿原傳輸光纖返回,而其它波長(zhǎng)的光波可以無(wú)損耗的通過(guò)。透射過(guò)去的其它波長(zhǎng)光波可以繼續(xù)傳輸給其它具有不同中心波長(zhǎng)的光纖光柵陣列,其中相應(yīng)中心波長(zhǎng)的窄帶光系列將被逐一反射,全部沿原傳輸光纖返回,由此可實(shí)現(xiàn)多個(gè)光纖光柵傳感器的波分復(fù)用,實(shí)現(xiàn)準(zhǔn)分布式測(cè)量。被反射回來(lái)光波的中心發(fā)射波長(zhǎng)值隨光纖光柵所受環(huán)境溫度和應(yīng)力的變化而變化,并具有良好的線性關(guān)系,實(shí)現(xiàn)了溫度信息的光波長(zhǎng)絕對(duì)編碼,而對(duì)光波信號(hào)的光強(qiáng)度變化不敏感,因此,采用光纖光柵作為溫度敏感元件可以獲得較高的測(cè)量精度,并具有良好的可靠性和穩(wěn)定性。基于此,基于光纖光柵傳感技術(shù)的溫度實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)在溫度和應(yīng)變測(cè)量領(lǐng)域中倍受青睞。
