產(chǎn)品描述
該單路光收發(fā)一體模塊是一款低功耗、高性能、高可靠的單纖雙向 FC 接口模塊。典型傳輸速率 6.25Gbps。DC 3.3V 直流供電，工業(yè)級溫度。發(fā)射部分信號引腳（TD+和 TD-）接口電平標準為 CML。接收部分包括 PIN 和限幅放大器，信號引腳（RD+和 RD-）接口電平標準為 CML。模塊還具有發(fā)送信號關(guān)斷控制及接收信號檢測功能。
由于 FC 接頭外徑大于模塊厚度，建議客戶將模塊安裝在 PCB（主）板邊緣，便于跳線可靠連接。
