40G QSFP+ SR4光收發(fā)模塊用于數(shù)據(jù)中心內(nèi)部設(shè)備之間的短距離互連，符合IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議，可選40GE/OTU3雙速率版本。該系列產(chǎn)品使用4對(duì)并行的多模光纖傳輸，中心波長(zhǎng)為850nm，距離最高可達(dá)100m（OM3 MMF）或150m（OM4 MMF），可選工業(yè)級(jí)的工作溫度范圍。

● 4通道850nm VCSEL陣列和PIN光電探測(cè)器陣列
● 每通道傳輸速率最高可達(dá)10.5Gbps或11.3Gbps
● 符合QSFP+ MSA和IEEE 802.3ba 40GBASE-SR4以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議
● 兼容IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE-SR以太網(wǎng)傳輸協(xié)議
● 兼容InfiniBand 4x SDR/DDR/QDR傳輸協(xié)議
● 可選40GE/OTU3雙速率版本
● 使用4對(duì)并行的多模光纖傳輸，距離最高可達(dá)100m（OM3 MMF）或150m（OM4 MMF）
