北億纖通（F-tone Networks）400G QSFP-DD DR4+硅光模塊是DR4的增強(qiáng)型，支持更大的傳輸距離。該產(chǎn)品符合IEEE 802.3bs 400GBASE-DR4規(guī)范，支持高達(dá)2km的400G以太網(wǎng)速率（425Gb/s）全雙工鏈路。得益于硅光技術(shù)帶來(lái)的高信號(hào)質(zhì)量和低量產(chǎn)成本的優(yōu)勢(shì)，以及單波100G PAM4調(diào)制技術(shù)和并行光引擎技術(shù)帶來(lái)的低器件成本的優(yōu)勢(shì)，這款產(chǎn)品目前已成為數(shù)據(jù)中心2km以?xún)?nèi)400G互連最具性?xún)r(jià)比的解決方案之一。
