FT-VDL-MOS-R-100型可變光纖延遲線是一款反射式光路電控光纖延遲線,適用于高靈敏度光纖干涉儀等應(yīng)用 。采用低插損角錐棱鏡、 高精度的一維線性位移臺(tái)與高效能步進(jìn)電機(jī)控制技術(shù),使系統(tǒng)具有極高的剛度和調(diào)節(jié)精度(傳動(dòng)部件最小步長可達(dá) 到1.5μm), 可實(shí)現(xiàn)精密步長調(diào)節(jié)。獨(dú)有的光路調(diào)校技術(shù),可確保低插入損耗與低插入損耗變化量。高強(qiáng)度不銹鋼加強(qiáng)結(jié)構(gòu),提高了反射型光纖延遲線特有的尺寸穩(wěn)定性差問題,方便科研教學(xué)用戶實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察提供定制加工,可根據(jù)客戶要求對(duì)光學(xué)及電控部分進(jìn)行調(diào)整。 |
